Green tea
Rich in antioxidants (mainly catechins), with a mild stimulant effect due to caffeine. Contributes to energy, concentration and metabolism. Has a fresh, herbal taste.
White Tea
The lightest and least processed tea. It has a smooth, sweet flavor and is high in antioxidants. It is considered a particularly “gentle” beverage, with very low caffeine.
Mountain tea
